Here is the Prototype of the new class 101 (J15) showing the all metal locomotive construction. Most parts are yet to be fitted.  The first batch will be in grey in Grey livery will be ready from October. The black livery will be the second batch produced.

Painting and lining:

Here at OOWorks we spray paint the locomotives. And apply some lining by hand, and some are printed. Numbers and deco are generally printed. We have done a lot of research to be able to deliver the most authentic livery possible.

Weathering:

We don’t provide a weathering service. This is down to the customer’s own discretion.

DCC: there is room for DCC/Sound chip in the boiler/Tender of the locomotive. (We don’t provide this service.) DCC will need to be cold wired when fitting.

The D-15 will have an all Metal cast body and fitted with our NEW M05 Coreless motor. The D-15 will also come fitted with slimline Bachmann/Hornby type couplings which can be unscrewed to replace if required.
